The North Face
Digital and physical ads were created for a North Face retrospective campaign taking on women’s contributions to the company while leaning into nostalgia through color grading and digitally altering footage. This campaign highlights that women have always been a part of outdoor and extreme sports.
Print Ads
I solved the challenge of integrating print and digital by merging a film-based aesthetic with tangible keepsakes that appealed to younger audiences offering date stamps and aging of photos.
Leveraging an iconic Polaroid-style imagery to symbolize past moments vs the present North Face campaign, I energized the campaign through innovative Photoshop editing that pulls on the nostalgia of returning to place you once went to.
Digital Ad
When solving the the design brief, I was curious how to entertain and meet audiences where they are, which resulted in created a 30 second max YouTube ad to meet our target demographic and link back to the North Face site.
The decision to maintain a chronological order throughout the video came from guiding our viewers on a journey from the North Face’s inception to present day showing through color grading the various time periods.
